Review for The Bride of Ivy Hill (Tales of Ivy Hill #3) by Julie Klassen

 Rating: 5 Stars!!

Review:
Thank you again to My Great-Aunt for lending me this series to read back in November 2021!!

Another Phenomenal Book in this series about 3 women living in Ivy Hill, England!!

The Characters are still so interesting to read about. Lady Barbara came off as annoying to me since she kept trying to marry off her daughter even before the boyfriend popped the question. Jane and Thora are still my favorites.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually back in Ivy Hill while reading.

Overall a Phenomenal Book 3 in this series which i felt tied up all the storylines nicely!! Can't wait to read more by Julie in the future!!

Review for Moonlight and The Pearler's Daughter by Lizzie Pook

 Rating: 4 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Simon and Schuster for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway on their website earlier this month!!

This was my first time reading a book by Lizzie Pook so i wasnt sure what to expect but i wish i'd loved it more then i did but the back and forth of the timelines annoyed me.

The Characters were intriguing and interesting to read about. I loved Eliza's character and her determination to finding out what happened to her father.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Bannin Bay, Australia while reading.

Overall a good Historical Fiction Book about The Pearling Industry!! Even tho the back and forth with the timelines bothered me, i do plan to check out more books by Lizzie in the future!!

Review for The Exiled Queen (The Seven Realms #2) by Cinda Williams Chima

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
This was my first time reading a book/series by Cinda so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i loved it so much since i reminded me alot of a mixture of Disney Movies.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. Han and Rai were my favorites because of their backstory and connection.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Fells especially when the scenery was described.

I do think 587 pages and 37 Chapters was too much for a Book 2 in this series since not alot was happening in some chapters.

Overall a Phenomenal Book 2 in this series about The Seven Realms!! Can't wait to read Book 1,3 and 4 soon!!

Review for Breach of Immunity by Molly Hite

 Rating: 1 Star!!
Review:
This was my first time reading a book by Molly Hite so i wasnt sure what to expect tho i thought i would of enjoyed it more then i did since it was set in an Inn.

The Characters were interesting to read about. Anna Blessing was the only character i liked and enjoyed to read about.

The Setting was OK but not much explained about it surrounding the Mystery.

The Storyline was OK as well but not much about the Mystery.

Overall an OK Mystery but ive read better!! I'll give her other books a go but i hope they all arent dull like this one was!!

The Setting was well described which made me feel like i was actually in Chicago while reading especially when the scenery was described.

Review for The Frozen Crown (The Warrior Witch Duology #1) by Greta Kelly

 Rating: 3 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Goodreads and Harper Voyager for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway last year!!

This was my first time reading a Book/Series by Greta Kelly so i wasnt sure what to expect and i wanted to love this book more then it did if it wasnt for Chapters 1-2 being boring with not much happening which is why i knocked off 2 stars!!

The Characters were interesting to read about. Askia and Ozura were my favorite characters cause i loved their backstory and Connection.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Kinvara while reading especially when the scenery was described.

The Storyline was good but i felt like it didnt pick up til Chapter 3 with what the story was really about.

Overall a Good Book 1 in this New Fantasy Series!! Can't wait to read Book 2 and see how this Series continues!!

Review for The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

 Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
This was my first time reading a novel by Alice Sebold so i wasnt sure what to expect even tho the reviews were very mixed.

The Characters were interesting to read about. My Favorites were a mixture of Lindsey, Susie and Grandma Lynn.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Pittsburgh PA since ive always wanted to visit that area but never have gotten to.

The Beginning i felt like should of started out with a backstory on Susie from birth to Age 14 instead of starting out with her death.

The Quotes about Death and Afterlife i could relate to since i just lost my dad unexpectedly 4 months ago.

Overall a good read!! Can't wait to explore more novels by Alice in the future!!

The Setting was beautifully described with made me feel like i was actually in Cadence with the characters while reading especially when the scenery was described.

Overall a Phenomenal Adult Fantasy Novel by Rebecca!! Can't wait to read Book 2 in this series soon!!

Review for Never Tell by Selena Montgomery

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Goodreads and St Martin's Press for picking me to win this FREE REVISED ARC COPY to review for them last year!!

This was my first time reading a book by Stacey Abrams AKA Selena Montgomery so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say she has become my NEW Favorite Romantic Suspense Author with Thriller Vibes.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I loved how some of the characters you thought  you hated turned out to be the good ones by the end of the novel and i loved how 2 of the characters secret double lives were revealed near the end of the book cause i never expected that.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in New Orleans while reading.

Overall a Phenomenal Romantic Suspense about a Criminal Psychologist helping a Journalist find a Serial Killer!!

I do wish this was part of a series cause i think it'd be an interesting Psychological Thriller Series!!

Can't wait to read more by Stacey Abrams and Selena Montgomery in the future!!

Thank you to Cherie Genua and Travelling Pages Tour for sending me this FREE EBOOK ARC COPY to review for them!!

This was my first time reading a book by Cherie so i wasnt sure what to expect but i loved how she opened the book with a short story or letter like Prologue about her Grandmother which was very touching.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I loved Cookie, thought she came off as a cute little girl who seemed to love life so much.

The Setting was so beautifully described which made me feel like i was in Tucson Arizona while reading.

The Storyline was beautifully written. I felt like Cherie put all her emotions into this novel which is why i think i loved it even more as i kept reading it.

I do wish this was part of a series cause i think it'd be a cute series.

Review for The Other Side of the Door by Nicci French

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
This was my 3rd time reading a book by Nicci French so i kind knew what to expect since ive read Losing You and One Other One by them.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I loved Bonnie's character and how badly she didnt want to be part of finding the dead bodies even tho she was with Sonia when they came upon them.

The Setting was so beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in London while reading.

Overall Another Phenomenal Thriller by Nicci and French!! Can't wait to read more by them in the future!!

Review for Along a Storied Trail by Ann H Gabhart

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Revell for sending me this FREE ARC COPY to review for them!!

This was my 2nd time reading a book by Ann H Gabhart so i kind of knew what to expect even tho she writes about so many different topics.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I loved Tansy Calhoune's character and how hard she worked to help The Kentucky Packhorse Library in Depression Era Appalachain Mountains.

The Setting was so beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Great Depression Era Appalachain Mountains especially when the scenery was described.

This book reminded me of Jojo Moyes's book about The Kentucky Packhorse Librarians but i think this one was a little better since the setting was a little different then her's.

Overall a Phenomenal Historical Fiction Novel about Kentucky Packhorse Librarians!! I wish this was part of a series cause i'd love to see where Tansy is now.

Can't wait to read more by Ann in the future!!

Review for Cinder (The Lunar Chronicles #1) by Marissa Meyer

 Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Ive wanted to start this series for awhile now and now that i have i wish i had started it sooner.

Marissa never disappoints when she write about Fairytale Retellings since she seems to always be on point from the Opposite side of the Original Story.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I loved Linah's character and how she slowly evolved throughout the Book.

The Setting was so beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the book with the characters especially when the scenery was described.

Overall a Phenomenal Retelling of Cinderella!! Can't wait to read Book 2 in this series!!

Review for The Lighthouse by Christopher Parker

 πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸBLOG TOUR REVIEW🌟🌟🌟
Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Beacon Press and Books Forward for sending me this FREE ARC COPY to review for them last year even tho i wasnt able to get to it sooner due to My Dad's Unexpected Illness in Mid-2021 and then his unexpected death in November 2021!!

This was my first time reading a Book by Christopher so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say this book put me on an emotional rollercoaster for so many reasons which made me love this book even more since i could relate to Amy and Ryan's life situations so well.

The Characters were so interesting and informative to read about especially about Amy, Ryan and their parents since i understood how Amy felt about her Mom's unexpected death and Ryan's situation with his Dad who suffered Major Strokes since i lost My Dad Unexpectedly last year and since My Dad suffered some Mini Strokes in May and June 2021 even tho he was slowly recovering from them before the hospital moved him to a Care Facility in NYC on October 26, 2021 so i could relate to everything Ryan went through and had to do for his father in many ways.

The Setting was so beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Oregon while reading especially when the scenery was described.

Overall a Phenomenal Debut Novel by Christopher Parker especially since i feel like he did lots of research while writing this Novel or maybe it came from personal experience but at any rate i feel it was always cause i could relate to this book on so many levels!!

Can't wait to read more by Christopher in the future!!

Review for Friends Like These by Kimberly McCreight

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Harper Collins and Goodreads for picking me to win this FREE ARC Copy in a giveaway last year. I was suppose to read this sooner but when My Dad unexpectedly got sick in Mid-2021 and Unexpectedly Passed away in November 2021 i kept pushing this back.

This was my first time reading a book by Kimberly so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i did enjoy this one very much and think it's THE BEST Thriller ive read in recent years especially since i saw MANY Similarities to Michele Campbell's "It's Always the Husband".

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I didnt care too much about Finch since he was swearing constantly which i felt was unnecessary.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Catskills, NY while reading especially when the scenery was described.

I was surprised who was revealed as the killer since i suspected Finch through most of the book.

Overall a Phenomenal Thriller about 5 College Friends who reunite 10 Years after Graduation which was marked with Lies, Betrayal and Murder.

Can't wait to read more by Kimberly in the future!!

Review for An Unlikely Spy by Rebecca Starford

 Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Harper Collins and Goodreads for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway last year!! I would of read this earlier but when my dad unexpectedly got sick in Mid-2021 and passed away in late 2021 this book got pushed back.

This was my first time reading a book by this author so i wasnt sure what to expect but i really enjoyed this one very much especially since it was set during World War II in England.

The Characters were all so interesting to read about and i loved that they based off of real people who lived that back then.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in 1939-1948 England while reading. It bothered me that the chapters were all over the place with the dates during WW2 where they should of been in order instead of how they were written but i still felt like i was actually in that time with the characters while reading.

The Storyline was so interesting  since ive never read a  Historical Fiction Novel based on real life Spying during WW2 so that was very intriguing to me.

Overall a very interesting and informative Historical Fiction Novel based on real life events that occurred during WW2 !!

Can't wait to read more by Rebecca in the future!!

Review for Run Rose Run by Dolly Parton and James Patterson
