For this month i'll be doing Spin the Bottle TBR Challenge basically like the game Spin the Bottle but instead of using people as choices you use Books (If you follow me on IG or are friends with me on Facebook you'll get to see my recorded videos in my stories throughout November), Yearly Reading Challenge, Book Photo Challenges and Once Upon a Readathon on Youtube.

Most of my books for November are Mystery and Fantasy which also marks the last month to read these kind of books before my All Christmas/Winter TBR comes out on December 1st!!

What Books will you be reading this month?! What challenges will you be participating in this month?! Are there any books here you've read that are on my TBR  this month?! If so let me know in the comments below, i love to hear from my followers!!

#OctoberWrapup

May be an image of 1 person and book
This month i read a total of 16 books 15 physical and 1 Ebook, 4 less then last month but that's because October has been slightly busier then September was.

The only ones i didnt enjoy was The Change, Missing Witches and The Resting Place mainly because too much descriptiveness and not enough dialog about the story or topic that it was supposed to be about.

Are there any here that you've read?! Did you love it or just like them or DNF them?! If so let me know in the comments below!!

Review:
Thank you to Travelling Page Tours and Brooke L French for sending me this FREE ARC COPY for them as part of The Blog Tour!!

This was my first time reading a book by Brooke so i wasnt sure what to expect especially when i've never read a Thriller about Human Rabies before but surprisingly i enjoyed it very much and ended up loving it by the end.

The Characters were so interesting to read about. Letty is by far my favorite character cause i could really relate to how she was feeling after losing a loved one since i lost My Dad 11 months ago and since this book got into my feelings with the part of Letty's story is mainly why i rated it 5 Stars!!

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Chattanooga Tennessee especially when the scenery was described.

Im glad this book didnt get very graphic cause that would of been a big turn off for me since i hate when books get too graphic so for me this book offered a good amount of Graphic description for my taste.

I do wish this was a part of a series cause i'd love to see where Letty and the rest of the characters are now and what their next case would be.

Overall a Phenomenal Thriller about Human Rabies taking over a Southern Town Set in 2018!! Can't wait to read more by Brooke in the future!!

Thank you to BookishFirst for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a Raffle Giveaway on their website last month!!

This was my first time reading a book by Debut Author Aislinn Brophy so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i did enjoy parts of this book tho i do admit i have read better books about Witchcraft.

The Characters were fun and interesting to read about. My favorites were Shay and Lex i loved their witty banter which reminded me alot of OG Charmed and Sabrina the Teenage Witch Sitcom. I wish there had been more descriptiveness of their backgrounds.

The Setting was interesting as well. I really felt like i was actually in the book with the characters at times.

I could of did without the High School Childish Drama cause i feel like YA books concentrate on that too much opposed to telling the sotry of what the book is about, Also i wish this book was part of a series cause i'd LOVE to see where Shay, Lex and the other characters would be in the coming year.

Overall a Good YA Fantasy about 3 Teen Girls entering a Witch School!! I will probably read more by Aislinn in the future pending on what her other books will be about.

Thank you to Librarything and NB Saltsman for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway on Librarything.com last month!!

This was my 2nd time reading a book in this series by NB and i have to say she is starting to be a Favorite Thriller, Mystery and Horror author of mine even tho i wish this book would of been as good as Book 1 was.

The Characters were interesting and enjoyable to read about. Kayla is still a favorite character of mine and same as in Book 1 i didnt care for the other characters as much.

The Setting was OK like in Book 1 i wish NB had described the setting of the book better then she did cause im still curious to know WHERE the book is supposed to be set in as in Town, Country and Year.

I do wish The Prologue and Chapters 1-3 were more informative about Elisa's death instead of talking about Lucifer for the first 40 pages of the book.

Overall it was a Good Book 2 in this Thriller Series about Excorcism's!! I will read Book 3 when it comes out next year but i hope the first 40 pages of it are better then this one was.

I truly wouldnt of read this one if it wasnt for me winning Book 2 ina Giveaway on Librarything last month!!

This was my first time reading a book by this author and since this book was based off of the movie, The Exorcism i wasnt sure if i'd like it or not but surprisingly i enjoyed it very much.

The Characters were very interesting to read about. Kayla was my favorite character. I didnt care for Ashley, Ellie, Father and Elisa's parents much because of how mean and nasty they were to Kayla, The Certified Doctor in Demonology.

The Setting was OK but wish it had been described better cause i was hoping to learn more about where the Book is Set in.

Overall a Good Thriller based on the movie, The Exorcism!! Can't wait to read Book 2 very soon!!

Thank you to Goodreads and Gallery Books for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway on Goodreads early last year!! This was my first time reading a book by Katherine Faulkner so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i LOVED this one so much and is one of THE BEST Thrillers ive read in awhile!!

I was supposed to read this one in September 2021 BUT due to My Dad's unexpected illness and death in May 2021 and November 2021 i kept pushing it back cause my mind set wasnt right to read it but now i wish i had read this last year cause this was THE BEST Thriller ive read in awhile!!

The Characters were so interesting and fun to read about. I LOVED all the characters and i do have to say i was SHOCKED beyond belief at who ended up being The Evil Friend  cause i truly thought it was Rachel so the fact that this was not predictable as other Thrillers were is why im rating it 5 Stars!!

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Greenwich Park while reading especially when the scenery was described.

I wish this was part of a series cause i'd LOVE to see where Helen, Rachel and Serena are now.

Overall a PHENOMENAL Thriller of 2021!! Can't wait to read more by Katherine in the future!!

Thank you to Goodreads and Minotaur Books for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway on Goodreads early last year!! This was my first time reading a book by Camilla so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say it was only OK for me.

The Characters were interesting to read about. At times it got confusing keeping track of 2 of the characters since they shared the same first name.

The Setting was OK but not very descriptive about Sweden which made it hard to get into the book.

Part 1 was just very descriptive with not much happening just the characters walking through the house and going through boxes etc and mainly why i rated it 3 stars. Part 2 was more exciting with more things happening.

Overall it was an OK Mystery Thriller but the fact that it's listed as a Horror Novel is completely wrong there was NO Horror in it whatsoever. To me it was more Mystery and Thriller.

I'll check out more books by Camilla but i hope all her books arent like this one was.

Thank you to North Atlantic Books for sending me this FREE ARC COPY to review for them last year!!

This was my first time reading a book by Risa Dickens so i wasnt sure what to expect even tho the cover mainly made me request this book to review cause it intrigued me.

The Chapters were very informative but too descriptive for me where i didnt feel it necessary to know the whole backstory of each Witch mentioned that went missing it just seemed overwhelming to me.

The Ritual Exercises were very helpful which i did do a few of them. Some of them didnt fit me as a person so i didnt feel the need to do them.

Overall a good informative book about Histories of Witches!! I dont know if i'd read more by Risa in the future, it would depend on what her other books are about.

Thank you to North Atlantic Books for sending me this FREE ARC COPY to review for them last month!!

When i saw that this book was up for review i knew i had to request it to read because it sounded interesting to me as a former dancer myself and also because of what My Dad went through last year, i want to be AWARE of my body so i dont get sick of what My Dad had and supposedly died of: Pancreatitis, Strokes.

The Chapters were very informative but seemed too short for me. Some of what Erica talked about i wished she had gone more in depth about it.

The Exercises were very helpful to do and read about which i did do all of them and i do feel a difference in my posture and my overall body after doing them which i plan to do every day now.

Overall a Phenomenal Non-Fiction, Self-Help Book about Being AWARE of my Body to promote all around better health for myself!! Can't wait to read more by Erica in the future!!

Another Wonderful Read by Louisa May Alcott!!

This was my first time reading this book so i wasnt sure what to expect even tho i loved Little Women and Little Men by her so when i saw this at my local library i knew i had to check it out and im glad i did cause i loved this one as much as i did Little Women and Little Men.

The Characters were so interesting and enjoyable to read about. Polly, Tom and Maude were my favorites. I didnt care for Fanny as she acted so down and rude to Polly just because she didnt dress like Fanny did so that bothered me and is why im not a fan of Fanny.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the book with the characters while reading.

Once again Louisa makes her books so easy to read and puts you in a transe when you start her books which is why she's been a favorites author of mine since i was a child.

I loved how this book originally started out as 8 chapters but since there was a demand for more to this book Louisa wrote  Chapters 9-19 as little letters that were eventually turned into this book called "An Old-Fashioned Girl".

Can't wait to explore more of Louisa's books in the future!!

The Characters were so fun and interesting to read about. Lisa and Paul are my favorites  and im so happy with how their story ended up.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Walnut Creek, Ohio and Sugarcreek Ohio while reading especially since i visited Sugarcreek, Ohio with my parents while we were on vacation in the early 2000s.

Review:
Thank you to William Morrow Publishing for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway in their email newsletter a few months ago!!

This was my first time reading a book by Kristin Miller so i wasnt sure what to expect. I was hoping i'd enjoy this one especially with how the cover is and the synopsis about the story but sadly this one fell flat for me very early on.

The Characters were interesting to read about. None of them were really my favorites especially with the language they used and how they constantly talked about the same thing over and over again.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in South Carolina but that was all that i enjoyed about this book.

Overall an OK Fantasy Mystery but ive read better!! The Reptitiveness of the same topics coming up page after page was an overkill, kind of seemed like Kristin didnt know what else to write in all the chapters so she just kept writing about the same topic over and over again.

I dont know if i'll read more by this author in the future especially if all her books are as badly written and repetitive as this one was.

The Characters were so interesting and lovely to read about. Landon and Jamie are my favorites. I do love how Landon isnt as bad a person in the book as he is in the movie.

The Setting was very well described which made me feel like i was really in Beaufort NC while reading especially when the scenery was described.

Overall a Phenomenal Historical Romance!! Can't wait to read more by Nicholas in the future!!

The Characters were very interesting and enjoyable to read about. Oliver and Tara "Stardust" were my favorites.

The Setting was very well described which made me feel like i was actually in 1960s Wheatley PA while reading especially when all the Political Topics came up.

Review: This was my first time reading a book by Liz Braswell so i wasnt sure if i'd like it or not since im always iffy about Retellings of Classic Stories even tho everyone raves about her books so i figured i'd give it a try since it was also a buddy read with my cousin this month!!

The Characters were interesting to read about. Aurora is still my favorite. Im still not a fan of Maleficent.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the forest with Aurora and Prince Charming while reading. The only scene that bothered me was the fight scene between Aurora and Maleficent, it just seemed too dark to me and i was glad when it was over.

Overall a Good Retelling of The Sleeping Beauty Story!! Can't wait to read more in this series by Liz in the future!!

The Characters were so interesting to read about. I do admit The Denbe's are my favorite characters even tho everything they went through wasnt right but it wasnt Libby and Ashlyn's fault since Justin put them in those situations.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Beacon Bay while reading.

Overall a Phenomenal Thriller in this series and by Lisa, one of THE BEST  ive read in awhile!!

This was my first time reading a book by Philippa Gregory so i wasnt sure what to expect but i can say i enjyed this one very much even tho im not a fan of Long Chapters.

The Characters were very enjoyable and interesting to read about. Frances was my favorite especially because of what she had to endure from Josiah Cole which was heartbreaking to read at times.

The Setting was interesting and enjoyable to read about. This was the first book ive read set in 1787 so this time period/era was new to me. I did love it when the scenery was described in the surrounding areas around Bristol.

Overall a Good and Enjoyable Read about Slavery in 1787 before The Civil War  and After The Revolutionary War!!

Can't wait to read more by Philippa in the future!!
