Review for Dark Obsessions by Delphine McCelland

Rating: 3 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you Delphine for this FREE COPY to promote and Review for her as part of the Book Tour with Travelling Pages last  month.

This was My first time reading a Dark Romance Fantasy by Delphine so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say for the most part i liked this one  and wanted to love it but Chapters 1-8 were just too slow for my liking.

This book did remind me alot of an Adult Version of True Blood, Vampire Diaries, Vampire Academy and Twilight.

The Characters were fun and interesting to read about.  I really felt for Skylar especially when Kairo was physically hurting her so bad that she was in pain.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in North Carolina while reading especially when the scenery was described since i have Family in NC.

Overall an OK Dark Romance Fantasy but it just wasnt for me. I will read more by Delphine in the future but i hope her other books arent as slow as this one was.

Review for Clarity of Light (The Magic Shoe Series #2) by Dani Resh

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Can we talk about how AMAZING this Middle Grade Fantasy Series is?! It had EVERYTHING i was expecting for a Middle Grade Fantasy AND MORE!!

Thank you to Librarything for picking me to win this FREE COPY in a giveaway on their website last year. This one reminded me alot of Alice Falling down the Rabbit Hole in Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz and The Nutcracker and The Four Realms.

Even tho this was only the 2nd Novel  ive read by Dani Resh let alone in a series but i have to say she is DEFINATELY My NEW Favorite Fantasy Author, no question about it.

The Characters were so fun and enjoyable to read about. Maria and Wren are still my favorites. I loved learning about Maria's life and background alot more in this book then in Book 1.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Pennsylvania and Vinland while reading, especially when the scenery was described.

Overall a WONDERFULLY Written Book 2 in this Middle Grade Fantasy Series!! I really hope there is a Book 3 because im anxious to learn more about Pan and Tara if there is another book.

Can't wait to read more by Dani in the future!!

Thank you to Dani Resh for this FREE COPY she sent me in exchange for an honest review since i won Book 2 in a Giveaway on LibraryThing last year.

This was my first time reading a Middle Grade Fantasy Book by Dani let alone in a series so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i really loved this one especially since it reminded me alot of 2 Nursery Stories and 2 Disney Movies:
The Old Woman who lived in the Shoe
The Toads in the Woods
Alice in Wonderland
The Nutcracker and The Four Realms.

The Characters were fun and enjoyable to read about. Wren and Maria were definately my favorite because of the connection i felt they had throughout the book  and i even shipped them by the end.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Pennsylvania and Vinland especially when the scenery was described.

Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Rachel's Random Resources for hosting this book's tour this week and for the FREE EBook to promote and review for Helen.

This was my first time reading a Historical Fiction by Helen so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i really enjoyed this one despite it being heartwretching  at times with the violence mentioned during WW2 in Austria 1939.

The Characters were interesting to read about. Ella was definately my favorite especially when she tried to help her fellow family, friends and country to start to rebuild after Hitler visited Linz, Germany.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in 1939 Austria while reading especially when the scenery was describe.

I do wish this was part of a series cause i'd love to see how Ella's life was in the 1950s, 60s etc.

Overall a Phenomenally Enjoyable Historical Fiction about WW2 in Austria. Can't wait to read more by Helen in the future!!

Rating: 3 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to Rachel's Random Resources for hosting this Book's Tour and for the FREE EBook to promote and review for Maxine Morrey.

This was my first time reading a Romance by Maxine so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to  say this one was a BIG Disappointment for me on so many levels.

The Characters were OK but none of them cam eoff as a favorite of mine since i couldnt stand the constant arguing between Lizzie and Inis.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the book while reading especially when the scenery was described which was the ONLY thing i liked about this book.

Overall an OK Romance but ive  read better. I will read more by Maxine in the future but i just hope her other books arent like this one was.

Review:
Thank you to Rachel's Random Resources for hosting this book's tour this week and for the FREE EBook to Promote and Review for Jessica.

This was my first time reading a Contemporary Romance by Jessica so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i really enjoyed this one especially when the history and information about Equestrian was mentioned.

The Characters were fun and enjoyable to read about. Rosie was definately my favorite especially since i could relate to how she was feeling about missing her Dad which is how ive been feeling since losing My Dad in 2021.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the book while reading, especially when the scenery was described.

Overall a throughly enjoyable Book 2 in this Contemporary Romance Series!! Can't wait to read Book 1 sometime!!
