#JuneTBR

                                                           πŸŒžπŸŒžπŸŒž#jUNETBR🌞🌞🌞
As most of you saw in my last post, A Family Emergency came up and i wasnt able to read as much as i usually do.

I can't go into deal about what my family and i have been going through but things are slowly getting better just a day to day thing so hopefully this month will be better.

I wont be doing many reading challenges this month ill just try to catchup on the books i wasnt able to read last month as well as trying to read the ones for this month so mostly a laid back reading.

I will try to do my Bookstagram posts as well but not as much since most of my time is spent with my family right now.

I havent been able to update my Booktube for May and i probably wont update for June but i hope to by August.

Thank you for understanding and see you in July!!

#MayWrapup

Not my best reading month but that's what happens when a family emergency comes up and your mind is only on that.

Things are slowly getting better so hopefully June will be a better month!!

Review for Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen

Rating: 5 Stars!! (Wish i could rate it 10 Stars!!)

Review:
This was the 7th book ive read of this authors book and might i say i enjoyed this one as much if not more than i did her others.

The Characters seemed interesting and funny to read about.

The Setting was beautifully described of California and The Grand Canyon.

Some parts were sad due to what the best friend went through but overall is good read!!

Can't wait to read more by Sarah in the future!!

Review for Watch over Me by Nina Lacour

 Rating: 3.5 Stars!!
Review:
Thank you to BookishFirst for picking me to win this book in a raffle on their website a few months ago.

This was my first time reading a book by this author so i wasnt sure what to expect but might i say it did leave me asking myself "WTH did i just read?!" lol

The Characters seemed interesting especially Mila's background before she entered the foster care system.

The Setting seemed beautiful the way it told how the scenery was on the isolated island and Cabin but some parts of the story left me confused cause there seemed to be very little connections with the characters.

I also felt like it was inappropriate for Mila to have feelings for her 12 year old student even tho she was 18 years old but still.

Overall an okay read but not for me.

Review for The Last Thing He Told Me: A Novel by Laura Dave

 Rating: 3.5 Stars!!
Review:
I had to read this for the Prompt BOTM Pick for Game of Life TBR Challenge and since it was a Mystery Thriller i thought i would enjoy it since those are my favorite Genre's but sadly that wasnt the case.

The Characters seemed interesting even tho one of the Female Main Characters got on my nerves.

The Setting was beautifully described by the scenery around to where the Main Characters lived.

I wish the beginning wasnt so explanatory which is what made me drop 2 stars off of my rating. If it wasnt for that i would of rated this 5 stars!!

Overall a good read just not for me.

Review for Mystery Flowers by Grace Livingston Hill

Rating: 5 Stars!! (Wish i could rate it 10 Stars!!)

Review:
Another great book by Grace!! I really loved this one as much as i did her other books!!

The Characters were so interesting to read about even tho Helen got on my nerves and came off as a Alexis Carrington of Romance Book back than.

The Setting was beautfully described and was easy to picture the places that Diana visited.

Overall Can't wait to read more books by Grace in the future!!

Review for Live Fearless (Live Original Series #2) by Sadie Robertson

Rating: 5 Stars!! (Wish i could rate it 10 Stars!!)
Review:
Even tho its been awhile since i read book 1 in this series, i still love how Sadie words everything and the lessons she talks about.

Even tho this book was written 3 years ago i feel like alot of people could relate to it since COVID19 began since some people are Fearful of getting COVID19 or getting sick in general.

Overall after reading this book i plan to use these lessons in my daily life from now on.

Can't wait to read Book 3 in this series soon!!

Review for Paper Girls (Paper Girls #1) by Brian K Vaughan

 Rating: 4.5 Stars!!
Review:
This was only my 2nd time reading a Graphic Novel so my review might not be very accurate so i apologize in advance.

The Characters seemed interesting at times.

The Setting was well discribed and i thought the consept was ok but no connections with the characters which was confusing to me.

Overall ill read more books by this author but this one wasn't for me!!

Review for The Sunroom by Beverly Lewis

Rating: 5 Stars!! (Wish i could rate it 10 Stars!!)
Review:
This was my 2nd time reading this book and i still love it like i did 10 years ago when i first read it.

I love how this story is based on how the author felt when she was 12 years old when her own mother was sick with cancer.

I did cry several times during this book but it was a phenomenal heartbreaking, heartwretching yet lovely story.

Can't wait to re-read more by this author this month!!
