Review:
Thank you to First Book Club for picking me to win this in a giveaway on their website a few months ago!!

This was my first time reading a book by Lorena so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say from Page 1 on, this story drew me in and made it hard to put down!!

The Characters were so interesting to read about. Puri was my favorite since i was intrigued about her background and story.

The Setting was interesting as well  since ive never read a book about Ecuador and the history of a Cocoa Plantation.

Overall a Phenomenal Historical Fiction Novel about a Cocoa Plantation in 1920s Ecuador!! Can't wait to read more by Lorena in the future!!
