This was my first time reading an Amish Fiction Novel by Mindy let alone in a series so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i really enjoyed this one more then i thought i would.
The Characters were fun and enjoyable to read about. Barbara and Melvin were definately My Favorites since i loved learning about their backgrounds of growing up Amish in Kentucky and Indiana.
The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Indiana while reading, especially when the scenery was described.
Overall a Wonderful Book 1 in this Amish Fiction Series about The Heart of Amish Culture!! Can't wait to read more by Mindy in the future!!
