Review:
Another Good Mystery Book in this series by Carol Higgins Clark even tho it'd been awhile since i last read a book in this series!!

The Characters were still enjoyable to read about. Regan and Jack Reilly are still my favorites. I didnt care for Phyllis and Lilac even tho i was shocked at the ending of who saved Whitney "Freshness"'s life cause i did not expect it to be said character.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was really in California especially when Beverly Hills and the surrounding areas were mentioned.

Overall another Good Mystery Book in this series!! Can't wait to read more in this series and by Carol in the future!!

Review for The Witching Hour (Lives of The Mayfair Witches #1) by Anne Rice

Rating: 4.5 Stars!!
Review:
I had to read this book as part of Bookish Final Jeopardy. This was my first time reading this book in this series by this author so i wasnt sure what to expect.

I did read another book by this author a few years ago so i kind of knew how this author writes and tells her stories even tho this is Horror Fantasy which isnt always a big hit with me but surprisingly this one wasnt bad once i got to Chapter 2.

The Characters were interesting to read about, i wasnt a fan of most of the characters in Chapter 1 but once i got to Chapter 2 and on, Michael became a favorite of mine as well as Rowan.

The Setting was a little fuzzy at first once the town and surrounding areas its set in was explained in Chapter 2 and so on i started liking this book and feeling like i was actually in it while reading.

As ive stated already, IF Chapter 1 hadnt been so long and slow i probably would of rated it 5 Stars.

Overall a Good Horror Fantasy for me as a first timer reading this book/series!! I probably will read more in this series and by Anne in the future, i just hope all her books arent over 1.000 pages!!

Review:
Thank you to my book club friend Amanda for sending me this book/series a year or so ago!! This was my first time reading it and i have to say i really enjoyed this one even tho the events that happened in it were very hard to read.

The Characters were so enjoyable and interesting to read about. Carley and Noah were my favorites. I loved how their pasts were described, i think that's what shaped this story.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Lnacaster County PA and the surrounding towns while reading even tho i visited those areas with my parents a few years ago while on vacation!!

Overall a Phenomenal Book 2 in this series!! Can't wait to read Book 3 and more by Beth in the future!!

Thank you to Revell for sending me this FREE ARC COPY to review for them earlier this year!! This was my first reading a Historical Fiction Novel by Kelli so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i enjoyed this one very much and loved the way this book read as a Time Travel Historical Fiction!!

The Characters were so interesting and enjoyable to read about. Ava and Carol were my favorites in this book. I loved the witty banter between, it really showed how well they are as Mother and Daughter.

The Setting was very well described which made me enjoy this book even more especially when The History of Russia and The Faberge Egg was explained.

Overall a Phenomenal Historical Fiction Novel!! Can't wait to read more by Kelli in the future!!

Review:
This was my first time reading a book/series by Victoria Aveyard before so i wasnt sure if i'd like this one or not but surprisingly.

The Characters were very enjoyable and interesting to read about. I dont have a favorite character yet but the characters did remind me alot of UK's show Victoria.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the book with the characters especially when all the scenery was mentioned.

Overall a Phenomenal Book 1 in this YA Fantasy Series about Red Queens!! Can't wait to read Book 2 and more by Victoria in the future!!

Review:
This was my first time reading this book even tho i had it on my To Read List since 2016 when i first watched Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life where Lauren Graham (Lorelai) did the hike based on this book so other then that i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i enjoyed it very much and could connect with the feelings Cheryl felt after losing a parent since i just lost my dad 10 months ago.

The Characters/People mentioned in this book i wasnt a big fan of but could relate to their feelings about certain things in life.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was really on The Pacific Crest Trail with Cheryl while reading.

I didnt agree with how she just packed up and left her family behind to go on this Hike cause ive never believed in "Pick Up and Move on" when something bad happens in our lives.

Overall it was a god but enjoyable Memoir to read!! I do hope to read more by Cheryl in the future!!

This was the 3rd Novel ive read by Rachel and i can honestly say  she is NOW MY FAVORITE HISTORICAL ROMANCE AUTHOR!!

The Characters were so interesting to read about. Norah and Quincy were my favorites from Page 1 and Chapter 1. I shipped them from the start cause of their connection to each other and their backstories seemed so interesting.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in 1880s Iowa while reading.

Overall a Phenomenal Historical Romance Standalone by Rachel!! Can't wait to read more by her in the future!!

Review for Shanghai Girls (Shanghai Girls #1) by Lisa See

May be an image of 2 people and text that says 'The New York Times bestseller from the author of China Dolls SHANGHAI GIRLS a Novel HOT LISA SEE'
Rating: 5 Stars!!
Review:
This was my first time reading a book by Lisa See so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i enjoyed this one very much especially since she included so much background about Asian's growing up in the 1930s and about their culture back then.

The Characters were so interesting and enjoyable to read about. I didnt like how their father was toward them about arranged marriages etc. even tho it was what was done back them, i felt like he was so bossy and forceful with his daughters about it.

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Asia while reading this book.

Overall a Phenomenal Book 1 in this Historical Fiction Series about Asians!! Can't wait to read more in  this series and by Lisa in the future!!
