Thank you to North Atlantic Books for sending me this FREE ARC COPY as part of their review partnership a few years ago!! This was my first time reading a book by Phillip so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say i really enjoyed this one especially when it talked about how Strength Training can help prevent/lower the risk of certain illnesses and diseases. 

The Chapters were so informative to read about especially when it talked about how it talked about how Strength Training can help prevent/lower the risk of certain illnesses and diseases. 

I loved how Chapter 7 showed Pictures of the exercises which i plan to do daily!! 

Overall a Good NonFiction Book by Phillip Shepherd!! Can't wait to read more by Phillip and North Atlantic Books in the future!!
