Review for The Diary of Anne Frank by Otto Frank and Marijam Pressler

 Rating: 5 Stars!!

Review:

Since it had been over 10 years since I last read this Classic I thought this year was appropriate to Reread it.

This book still touches me deeply and brings tears to my eyes as it did the first time I read it.

It's heartbreaking what happened to Anne and her family which never should of happened but sadly it did.

Overall a great Classic to read for everyone no matter what you're Political and Religious Views are.

This was only the 3rd Novel ive read by Sandra so I wasnt sure what to expect since each of her books has a different theme even tho most of them are in the same genre but this one was so fun to read with so many twists and turns it always had me second guessing who the killer.

The Characters were interesting to read about. Bellamy and Dent were definately my favorites especially with the witty banter between them. Reminded me of the TV Show Bones (If you know, then YOU KNOW).

The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like I was actually in Georgia while reading especially when the scenery was described.

My 1st time reading a book by this author and I LOVED it even tho it was a well sad book to read but I still loved it.

I personally don't know if I would want to relive a day 2 times but for the main character I'm glad she did and glad she was able to change that day when she visited it a 2nd time :)!!

I'm also glad she ended up with the right guy and not with the wrong guy!!

Each Day has a small story from the book with a Bible story attached along with Verses, Lesson and Prayer.

Alot of the lessons I could relate to especially when it talked about Grief.

If you Love Little Women and want a read along with the Classic Novel I definitely recommend this one.
